The Ultimate Mashiko Experience
Omakase {oh·mah·kaa·say} is short for “omakase shimasu” which roughly means “I trust you”. The term is used to describe a popular dining style in which the guests essentially leave themselves in the capable hands of the chef. The meal prepared will be seasonal, elegant, artistic and as always, utilize the freshest ingredients available.
