HOSOMAKI 細巻

Hosomaki is a thin, single filling, sushi roll. They generally contain a piece of fish or a vegetable.

CHIRASHI 散

Also called chirashizushi, it is similar to Poke in presentation. Chirashi means “Scattered” and is a bowl of rice mixed with fish. Chirashi is sliced like sashimi and has no other flavor other than the fish and rice.
